rr: Deterministic debugging

rr records a failure once and deterministically replays the same execution for debugging on Linux. It provides reverse execution with gdb, breakpoints, and watchpoints across multi-process workloads and containers. rr aims to be the primary C/C++ debugging tool for Linux, replacing or augmenting gdb.
