GCC Announces Policy on AI Contributions
GCC policy bars significant LLM-generated contributions.
The GCC steering committee will decline legally significant contributions—roughly 15 lines of code or text—that include or derive from LLM-generated content. The policy still permits AI-assisted research, analysis, bug discovery, patch review, and generated test cases at maintainer discretion.
