Google Antigravity

Google launched Antigravity this week, a new coding platform powered by their Gemini 3 model. Instead of just suggesting code, it can independently plan, write, test, and debug entire features.

It has two interfaces: a standard code editor with AI assistance, and a workspace where AI agents can work across your editor, terminal, and browser on their own. The agents show their work through task lists, plans, screenshots, and recordings so you can verify what they actually did.

It's free during preview and works with Gemini 3 Pro, Claude Sonnet 4.5, and GPT-OSS. Basically, Google's trying to compete with Cursor and GitHub Copilot by letting AI do more of the actual development work rather than just helping you write code faster.
