1D-Chess
A minimalist chess variant played on a single line.
1D-Chess is a minimalist chess variant played on a single line with only three pieces: King, Knight, and Rook. Play as white against the AI, with win by checkmating the opponent's king and possible draws by stalemate, threefold repetition, or insufficient material. The concept dates back to Martin Gardner's 1980 Scientific American column.
